Aquagym classes at home are adapted to your goals and your physical condition. Aquagym classes can be practiced alone, as a couple, or with friends.
Practicing aquagym at home or at sea allows you to improve your cardiovascular and respiratory endurance while performing overall or targeted muscle strengthening.
